To view your portrait session you will need to create an account. Your portraits are held in a private gallery which only you will have access to. The steps in creating an account are as follows. (Please don't be frightened, it is much easier then it sounds)

1. Click "sign in" (top left)

2. Click on "register" and fill out information

3. Click "submit"

I will then give you full access to your private gallery.

Once you have viewed your portraits you may choose to download them or purchase a print. The steps in downloading full sized pictures are as follows.

1. Sign in

2. Click "menu"

3. Click "contact"

4. Fill out information. In the "message" box type in the image title. (ie. 15w, or 23w 4x6)

All image titles are found drectly below the image you are viewing.

5. Click "submit"

6. I will email you an image key(s)

7. When you receive your image key, click on "menu"

8. Click "download dock"

9. Enter key number

10. Download your photo(s) - each photo has a separate key number. You may request keys for several photos at the same time if you wish.

The steps in purchasing prints are as follows.

1. Sign in

2. Go to your gallery

3. Click on the photo you wish to puchase

4. Click "view options and prices"

5. Fill out information

6. Click "add to cart"

7. Follow instructions to pruchase and check out or continue shopping

Note If you choose to download photos, they will be a zip file if the original photo is over 20 MB. To open a zip file once downloaded onto your computer, all you need to do is right click on the file and choose "extract all..." this will convert the zip file into a jpg. If you get your photos printed at a lab make sure you ask them to turn off the image intellagence feature. If you forget to do this your portraits will look over saturated. I highly recomend getting your prints at Ritz in Roseville. They develop the "old fashon way". If you have any questions please feel free to contact me any time.
